- Credit card data is encrypted and securely stored until the transaction is completed, and is then systematically deleted. Shopify’s adherence to these high standards of security means that your financial data is protected at all times during and after your purchase.

- Yes, but please cancel within 12 hours of ordering.
- After payment processed, we'll send to manufacturing line for production ASAP. Once the production has started, we cannot process the order cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery

- At this moment, we only ship to US addresses. The estimated delivery time in business days is displayed on each product page. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible after receiving the order, the average processing time is 2-5 business days depending on the product type and volume.

- Once your order is dispatched for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime using either order number or tracking number on our Order Tracking page.

- You can request a change of correct address before the product is dispatched for shipping. Please contact us at support@lambslove.com for the request.
- If the request is after shipping, we cannot change it. If the address is incomplete or undeliverable, the product will be returned to our facility. Once we receive it, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address with you for reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
- However, if the incorrect address leads to the delivery being sent to a location from which we cannot retrieve it, we won't be able to issue a refund or reship the product. In this case, you will need to reorder the product with the correct address.

- We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $69 within the USA.

- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. Rest assured, if you receive only part of your order, the remaining items will be on their way soon.

- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to factors such as high demand, adverse weather conditions, or issues with the shipping address provided.
- And during peak seasons, especially near holidays, shipping times may be longer due to increased volume. However, we are committed to processing all orders as hard as we can for delivery within the normal time frame.

Returns & Refunds

- You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- One-Time Free Exchange: if not due to product quality problem, we offer one time free exchange without shipping cost. Additional exchange requests will require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
- For packages lost in transit, all requests must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will cover the cost of shipping for return or first exchange. For additional exchanges, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
