My Help Comes From the Lord
“My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.” — Psalm 121:2
When life feels uncertain, we naturally look for something strong enough to hold us. Psalm 121 points us somewhere deeper—not to our own strength or circumstances, but to the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Inspired by Psalm 121:2, My Help Comes From the Lord depicts majestic mountain peaks rising above quiet, mist-softened plains. The mountains evoke strength and steadiness, while the landscape invites us to remember the greater truth behind the image:
Our help comes from the One who made the mountains.
A Reminder to Look to the Lord
This artwork is created to be more than beautiful Christian wall decor. It is a visual reminder to lift our eyes beyond what we can see and place our confidence in God.
When you are facing uncertainty, carrying a difficult responsibility, beginning a new season, or simply going through an ordinary day, may these words turn your heart again toward the Lord:
He is our help.
He is our keeper.
He is the Maker of heaven and earth.
The vintage-inspired watercolor combines muted taupe, soft gray, warm beige, and snow-white tones with delicate handwritten Scripture, creating a peaceful presence that works naturally in farmhouse, cottage, rustic, Scandinavian, and modern spaces.
Made for Faith-Filled Homes
Display it in a living room, bedroom, home office, or entryway where you want a quiet reminder of God's faithfulness. It also makes a meaningful gift for a graduation, new job, new home, marriage, or another season when encouragement is needed.
Beautiful art. Biblical truth. A reminder to look to the Lord.
